Access and payment
Access to the Service is granted via a unique link delivered to your email after a one-time payment of $10 USD. Your access link is personal and non-transferable.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- Lifetime access means access for as long as the Service operates.
- All future updates and improvements are included at no extra cost.
Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your access link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at support@simplerinvoices.com and we will resolve it.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service to generate invoices for your own legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or its outputs.
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent invoices or illegal documents.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Share your access link publicly or with others not covered by your purchase.
AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate invoice templates. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated content before use. We make no guarantee that generated invoices will be accurate or compliant with your local regulations. You own the output you generate.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that generated invoices will comply with any particular legal or accounting standards.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpler Invoices and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
